JUICE DRINKS
Upto 1 g/L concentrations of Chitoly® OM used in Orange juice can effectively function as a fining agent to minimize turbidity and preserve ascorbic acid and carotenoids associated with the positive charge of chitosan.
FRESH-CUT LOTUS ROOT
