FRESH SALAD
Fresh salad was inoculated with L. monocytogenes culture and then treated with 100 mg/Kg and 200 mg/Kg of Planteria® CF after 30 minutes. Planteria® CF was able to maintain L. monocytogenes below the detection limit of 1 CFU/cm2 after 12 days storage at 7 °C.
